This policy explains what personal data we collect through parispremiumvan.com and when you book or request a quote, why we use it, who receives it and what rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and French data protection law.

What data we collect
- Identity and contact: name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, company name if you give one.
- Trip details: pickup and drop-off addresses, dates and times, flight, train or ship references, number of passengers and luggage, name to show on the sign.
- Children: the age (and, if useful, height) of children travelling, only to fit the right child seats. We do not ask for children’s names unless you give them.

- Messages: what you write to us by form, email, phone or WhatsApp.

Who receives your data
- MM TRANSPORTS staff and the chauffeur assigned to your ride, only what is needed for the ride.
- Fare Bookings, the online booking system used for reservations and fixed-price quotes.
- Our website host, Hostinger International Ltd (Cyprus), and our form plugin running on the website.
- Cloudflare, Inc., which provides the Turnstile anti-spam check on our forms.

- WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland), if you choose to contact us that way.
- Our accountant and public authorities where the law requires it.
We never sell your data and never use it for third-party advertising.
Transfers outside the European Union
Some providers, such as Cloudflare or Meta, may process data outside the European Union, in particular in the United States. Such transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
- Quote requests that do not lead to a booking: up to 3 years after our last contact.
- Booking data: for the duration of the service, then up to 5 years for legal claims.
- Invoices and accounting records: 10 years, as required by French law.
- Audience measurement cookies: up to 13 months.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Under French law, you can also give instructions about your data after your death. Write to contact@parispremiumvan.com; we may ask for proof of identity.
If you believe your rights are not respected, you can complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
Cookies
