Disneyland Paris transfer questions
How many child seats can we have?
As many as you need. Three children under six means three seats, fitted by age. There is no cap per booking.
Is the drive from CDG to Disneyland shorter than to central Paris?
Usually, yes. The park is south-east of CDG and the motorway avoids the city, so many families reach their Disney hotel faster than they would reach the Louvre.
Can we stop at a supermarket on the way to the park?
Tell us when you book. A short stop for water, snacks and nappies is often possible and is included in the planning of the ride.
Will the driver drop us at the hotel entrance or the park gates?
At the address you give: your hotel entrance, the Disney Village area or your rental. Check-in and luggage storage are handled by the hotel.
Can you collect us at Marne-la-Vallée Chessy station?
Yes. Chessy is the station next to the parks, served by TGV and RER A trains. It is useful if you are travelling on from the park by van.
Do you offer day trips from Paris to Disneyland and back?
Yes. The driver drops you in the morning and collects you at the time you choose, or at closing time.
We are 30 people for a family celebration. Is that possible?
Yes, typically with two Sprinters, or a Sprinter and a V-Class. Send us the number of adults, children and their ages.
